Banana Walnut Bars

Ingredients
- 1/2 medium banana very ripe
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 2 cups walnut meal
- 5 scoops Protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Whisk eggs and then combine with cottage cheese and banana. Combine oats, walnut meal, protein powder, baking soda and salt and mix until even. Slowly add the egg/cottage cheese/banana mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until even. Spray a 9×9 baking tray with cooking spray and add mixture. Bake 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the edge clean. Do not over cook or they will come out dry. Cut evenly into 8 bars.
