Ingredients

  • 1 pound top sirloin
  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup cashews

Directions

Heat sesame oil in a skillet. Chop onion and garlic, add to skillet; sautée until golden brown. Add thinly sliced strips of beef, cook until no longer pink. Add peppers and broccoli. Add soy sauce and hot pepper sauce to taste. Served topped with chopped cashews.
