Ingredients
- 6 cups broccoli in pieces
- 1 large carrot chopped
- 1 large apple chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
Salad
Mix all the vegetables together in a serving bowl.
Dressing
Combine the olive oil, apple cider vinegar and honey. Mix over the vegetable mixture. Serve cold.
To decrease the sugar content, omit the raisins. To decrease fat content, use less olive oil.
