Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon achovy paste optional
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously.
Makes enough dressing for ~ 2 head of lettuce. For full salad, use 2 head of lettuce, 2 cups chopped mushroom, 1/2 onion (chopped).
Top with either chicken or salmon for a complete meal.
Croutons and bacon optional, depending on health goals.
