Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sugar free maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Low sodium soya sauce
  • 225 grams Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup Chopped broccoli
  • 5 whole Asparagus spears
  • 1/2 medium Chopped onion
  • 1/2 medium Chopped sweet potatoe
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Fish: Preheat oven to 400° F. Mix maple syrup and soya sauce. Place salmon fillets on a tin foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle mixture evenly over salmon fillets. Bake for 12 to 15 min. or until salmon flakes easily with fork

Vegetables: Place all vegetables in large sheet of tin foil. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil evenly over vegetables. Season as desired (salt and pepper). Cover vegetables entirely with tin foil (so they are tightly wrapped up). Bake in oven with fish for 15 min.
